Louise specialises in Recruitment and Selection, Organisational Development, Psychometrics, Training and other Psychological and Human Resource Practices.
She holds a master’s degree in Industrial & Organisational Psychology (cum laude) through the University of South Africa and her undergraduate and Post-graduate degree through the University of Pretoria (cum laude).
Mallies Le Roux

After starting the business in 1998 and specialising in Labour Relations, Remuneration Management and Human Resource Practices, Mallies has retired from active consulting. He still serves as the Chairman of the Board.
Mabatho Selebeli
Director | HR Practitioner
Mabatho specialises in Labour Relations, Recruitment & Selection, and other Human Resource Practices. She holds an MPhil degree in Labour Law from the University of Cape Town and an Honours degree in BSocSc (Industrial Psychology) from the University of the Free State.
