Mallies Le Roux
Founder and Director
Mallies specialises in Labour Relations, Remuneration Management and Human Resource Practices. He holds a degree in Industrial Psychology with the latter and Labour Law as majors. He completed the post graduate Industrial Relations Development Programme (IRDP) at the University of Stellenbosch Business School, as well as the Job Evaluation and Remuneration Programme at the University of Port Elizabeth. He has more than 25 years experience in human resources in the packaging and wine industries.
HR Practitioner and Director
Mabatho specialises in Recruitment & Selection, Labour Relations and other Human Resource Practices. She holds an Honours Degree in Bsoc Science (Industrial Psychology) from the University of the Free State.
Pieter specialises in Recruitment & Selection, Labour Relations and other Human Resource Practices. He holds a B Comm degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Stellenbosch.
Louise specialises in Recruitment and Selection, Organisational Development, Psychometrics, Training and other Psychological and Human Resource Practices. She holds a master’s degree in Industrial & Organisational Psychology (cum laude) through the University of South Africa and her undergraduate and Post-graduate degree through the University of Pretoria (cum laude).
Lí-Mari specialises in Recruitment and Selection; and Psychometrics - she holds an Honours degree in Bcom Industrial Psychology from the University of Stellenbosch.
Ilze van Niekerk
Ilze is our Recruitment Assistant and also assists with various administrative tasks. Ilze holds a diploma in Information Technology (IT) from the PC Training College.
Brümilda is our friendly HR Administrator. Brümilda holds a National Diploma in Public Relations (PR) and Information Technology (IT).
Rensche is the Office Manager responsible for administration and financial management.
Gladine is in charge of kitchen and cleaning duties and also assists with various office tasks.
